3 Sold Out Shows With Dave Mason...Thanks! - February 19, 2013

Had a great weekend in Park City, opening the show for the legendary Dave Mason.  All three nights were sold out, with the most amazing, appreciative audiences.  Many thanks to Randy Barton and the staff at the Egyptian Theater, and of course special thanks to Dave Mason and his band and crew as well.  Dave has recruited Jonathan McEuen to play lead guitar and harmony vocals for this tour...and it was a real treat to catch their first three gigs together!

IAMA Award - Doug Wintch - January 9, 2012

Intermountain Acoustic Music Association Award...

It was fun to come home from the east-coast Utah Phillips Tribute Tour and find this FaceBook entry from Ruthie Naccarato: "Doug, what a pleasure it was for me to announce you as as IAMA's favorite male singer/songwriter! Congrats. I have your IAMMY safe and sound. We missed all of you guys. Hope the tour is going well!"

How 'bout that?  thank you Ruthie, and thank you IAMA...I'm honored!

Another Face on Facebook! - September 22, 2010

I don't quite know what it means...but I joined Facebook today too!  See you in the cyber-webs!

You're looking at the latest! - September 22, 2010

Launching this site is my only big news lately...well, that and the new CD: Singin' on the Job.  12 original songs all about work, hammers, nails, clamps, fingers, and sheetrock.

Thanks everyone for your interest and support!

When you go to the music page, click on the song titles to bring up the lyrics, and a little background story on each song.

Another thing that might be easy to miss on this site, is on the calendar page...at the bottom it will have a link that says: show past dates...click on that, and it will take you to comments I've made about our gigs as they've gone by.  That way if you can't be there, at least I can share a few recollections, thrills, spills, bitter memories, (ha!) etc...Check it out!  And Thanks again for visiting...
